Lifestyle Fitness and Nutrition
Do you want a better, healthier, and longer life? This fitness program is for individuals seeking such a lifestyle change. This program will teach you what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. You will also learn how to exercise to maximize results.
Dossey Training Systems believes in using an organic and holistic approach to achieve desired goals. We will provide you with an individualized nutrition program, a.k.a. nutrition prescription, fit to your body and metabolism. We will also help you plan your meals and provide you with a fitness program to accompany your diet. 

Competition Training and Nutrition
Competition Training is a program specialized for physique athletes seeking highly personalized and interactive support. This is the most specific and involved program that DTS has to offer. Each individual will have a nutrition prescription and exercise plan. Your specific nutrition prescription and fitness plan will include supplementation information, how much sleep you should get, and aerobic and anaerobic exercises.  

Performance Training Fitness and Nutrition
Performance training and Nutrition is a specialized program to help athletes train for Olympic sports, varsity sports, and collegiate sports, triathlons, marathons, mini marathons and more. This program will provide you with an individualized nutrition and fitness plan.

Mommy to be Fitness and Nutrition
Mommy to be fitness and nutrition is a program designed to provide mommy with a good activity program to help with labor pains and birth. This program helps expecting mothers ensure they get all the nutrients their body needs during this amazing time in their life.
Dossey Training Systems supports the current research regarding the benefits of exercise during pregnancy. We know that exercise can help during the delivery process and can help Mommy recover to her pre-baby body.

Customized Nutrition Plans
The most effective way to reduce bodyfat and gain lean muscle is by eating the correct amounts of nutrients. There is a lot of nutritional "hype and hoopla" out there and it gets confusing. Our approach isn’t about following a formula. We create a program based on your personal nutritional make-up and needs. It’s not about dieting, but about eating the foods that are right for you. Your body does not burn the same amounts of calories per day, or the same types of nutrients. We know how to oscillate your nutrition to allow you to eat more calories than ever to achieve your goal!

We have worked with many individuals with many different eating patterns such as vegetarians, vegans, lacto- vegetarians, pescetarians, and omnivores (plant and meat eaters). We will provide you with a nutrition prescription and help you make daily food decisions by presenting new food ideas and helping you to explore foods that you may not have eaten before.

You will receive macronutrient instructions (we also call this a nutrition prescription). This will detail the amount of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats you are able to eat everyday along with a total amount of calories allowed for each day. Also, a calorie/macronutrient/bodyweight/ sleep/exercise tracker that allows for the most in-depth analysis of your own metabolic make-up will be provided for you to keep track of these daily activities.
